Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of the Platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match those used for deposits on the Account, subject to availability and the account holder's verified identity.
Before processing any withdrawal, slo100 may require the Account holder to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting copies of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not indicative of any suspected breach. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in delays or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to verification status and payment method processing times.
